Delhi Belly writer Akshat Verma is all geared up for his directorial debut. The writer had been scouting for a male lead for the last 2 years and now, his search has ended with the Nawab of Pataudi.
SpotboyE has learnt that Saif Ali Khan has given his nod to the film, which is a quirky romance.
Says a source close to the project, “Saif was recently given a narration and has expressed his interest in doing the film. The details are being worked out.”
Rumours were rife last year that Fawad Khan was being considered for the role, but looks like it’s the other Khan that beat him to the punch.
